Cosmetic Acupuncture

Appointment duration (inclusive of assessment, diagnosis and treatment)
Initial appointments are always 90 minutes.
Follow up appointments are 75 minutes.

Acupuncture

Appointment duration (inclusive of assessment, diagnosis and treatment)
Initial appointments are 60 minutes, Fertility initial appointments are 60 minutes.
Follow up appointments are 45 minutes to 60 minutes.
Pre/post IVF embryo transfer treatments are 30 to 45 minutes.

Abdominal Acupressure Massage

Follow up appointments are  60 minutes.
Initial consults are 30 minutes and free of charge.

On rare occasions a single treatment may be all that is needed, however acupuncture commonly achieves best results as a course of treatment. You wouldn’t expect significant results from taking ¼ of a Panadol, because it’s an insufficient dose. So too with acupuncture, you need a sufficient number of treatments to achieve the best results.

With simple conditions 6 treatments over 3 weeks is often enough to resolve the issue. With more complex conditions 6 treatments will usually be enough to obtain some improvement and allow your practitioner to estimate how many more treatments may be required.
